Custom-made items like embroidery, DTF prints, and 3D prints are not eligible for returns, but I do offer fixes when the shop makes a mistake.
🧵 Embroidery
-
Custom embroidery items are non‑returnable due to personalization.
-
If there is a mistake caused by the shop (wrong thread color, wrong name, wrong placement), a replacement or correction will be provided at no extra cost.
-
Customer errors (misspelled names, wrong size submitted, etc.) are not eligible for refunds, and remakes will be charged a fee.
🎨 DTF Prints & Custom Apparel
-
DTF prints and custom apparel are final sale.
-
If the print is defective (peeling, misaligned, incorrect design), you will remake the item once the customer provides photos of the issue.
-
No returns accepted for sizing issues or design changes after approval.
🧩 3D Prints
-
3D printed items are custom-built and cannot be returned.
-
If the print arrives broken, warped, or structurally incorrect, you will reprint the item.
-
Minor cosmetic variations are normal and not considered defects.
📦 General Policy
-
All custom orders are final sale.
-
Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos.
-
Corrections are offered only when the error is on the shop’s side.
-
No refunds for buyer’s remorse or design changes after production begins.
Custom Order Turnaround Times
All custom items are made to order. Production begins after design approval and payment is received. Below are the standard turnaround times for each service:
-
Embroidery orders — 5–10 business days depending on stitch count, thread changes, and garment quantity.
-
DTF prints & custom apparel — 3–7 business days for printing and pressing. Larger bulk orders may require additional time.
-
3D printed items — 5–14 business days depending on print size, complexity, and finishing requirements.
Rush Orders
-
Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Availability depends on current workload and material stock.
Delays
-
Turnaround times may be extended during high‑volume seasons, material shortages, or custom design revisions. We will notify customers if any delay occurs.
Shipping Time
-
Shipping is separate from production time. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after completion.
Digitizing Fee for Embroidery Services
To ensure every embroidery project stitches cleanly and accurately, all new artwork requires a digitized embroidery file. Digitizing converts your logo, text, or graphic into a stitch‑ready format that our machines can read. This setup step is essential for achieving professional results.
Digitizing Fee Details
-
One‑time digitizing fee applies to all new designs
-
Fee varies based on design size, stitch count, and complexity
-
Custom artwork such as logos, names, and graphics must be digitized before production
-
Reorders using the same design file will not incur another digitizing fee
Why Digitizing Is Required
Digitizing ensures:
-
Clean lines and sharp details
-
Proper stitch density
-
Accurate color mapping
-
Smooth production with fewer thread breaks
This fee covers the time and expertise required to map every stitch and prepare your design for embroidery.
DTF Print Policy for Custom Orders
We produce our DTF prints using high‑quality film, vibrant inks, and professional curing processes to ensure long‑lasting results. Because each print is made specifically for your order, all DTF purchases are final sale.
DTF Print Fee & Artwork Requirements
-
Custom artwork setup must be provided in high‑resolution PNG, SVG, or PDF
-
Print‑ready files must be sized correctly before submission
-
Any design changes after approval may require an additional fee
-
Low‑quality or blurry artwork may result in reduced print clarity
No Returns on Custom Prints
DTF prints are custom‑produced and cannot be returned or refunded. Please double‑check:
-
Artwork size
-
Colors
-
Spelling
-
Placement before approving your final design.
Replacement Policy
We will replace prints only if:
-
The print arrives damaged
-
The design is incorrect due to our error.
-
The film has defects that affect usability
Customers must report issues within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
